"Powai Island is in the scenic spot of Wanfeng Lake. The new district will be built into a distinctive tourist attraction and an international leisure resort in the three provinces of Guizhou, Guangxi, and Yunnan. The main goal is to achieve a win-win situation for the government, residents, operators, and tourists. In the near future, the main aim is to improve the construction of tourism service facilities and infrastructures, strengthen ecological construction, protect the water environment, and enable camping, outdoor and water sports, and other leisure activities.
