The Standard Chartered World offers a gamified, immersive experience designed for both internal and external use. It serves dual purposes: for hiring, training, onboarding, and employee engagement on one side, and for engaging clients and newcomers on the other. This approach is key as Standard Chartered looks to connect with a younger audience—Gen Z and Gen Alpha.

With fluid surfaces and minimal color accents, the lobby reflects the brand’s new identity through a cutting-edge medium. Within this landing space, visitors can connect with live SC personnel for support, while engaging in a gamified experience that introduces them to new policies, the brand’s story, services, and everything SC has to offer.

From the lobby, visitors can teleport to various dedicated spaces, including the Awards/Employee of the Month area, the SC Culture space (highlighting core values, key figures, and brand identity), and a final space for training and onboarding.
