An artificial island, with a clear geometrical form floating and includes a hyper-exclusive set of functions and services, and limited to certain communities. It is organized around a central tower within a generative urban grid.

The neighborhood consists of five clusters, where each cluster is made of five interconnected buildings, hosting a different program.

REI’s urban configuration is based on 4 layers, the outermost being the lagoon, then a rotating floating light ring where art installations and urban sculptures are placed, followed by a ring of water, then a ring of islands where the lands for sale are offered, water again, and finally a circular nucleus that hosts the city.
