Ecological parametricism. A neighborhood inspired by natural forms and patterns, but has an alien feel, low rise yet well-populated with large-scale constructions and ecological towers. The neighborhood is covered with a large dome.

The urban morphology is based on a morphed circle packing as an underlying structure, with a series of islands, each hosting buildings, structures, forests, etc. Flora in this neighborhood is blown up in scale and the center is an artificial topography hosting the icon. Thus a series of mini-islands, floating on a water plane within the dome.
