Finance-oriented neighborhood, populated by skyscrapers and gem-like towers.
Building height is within small bounds of variation, high-value property, and oriented at business communities.

Kaban’s iconic tower, “The exchange-listing Monument of the Attention Economy” pioneers the metaverse attention-driven architecture, where the building communicates and visualizes attention data streams from the metaverse.

Urban Morphology
The neighborhood’s layout intensifies and facilitates interactions. To achieve that a linear-city distribution is used, with a multi-ground infrastructure as connections at several levels, connecting various parts of various buildings, and a base elevated skywalk that generates a new floating ground floor for more surface area of avatar interaction.

The neighborhood is deployed within three clusters along the periphery of the island.
Lands are placed on a central island, with a water ring that separates it from the peripheral ring hosting the urban clusters.
