Located on the King Fahd Road in Al Riyadh, KSA, the towers emerge from a dynamic landscape of a vibrant human-scale groundfloor.

The towers host a mixed-use programme, with business and work space, housing and hotel, and recreation and leisure.

With an intention to create diversity and open space at different heights, the form allows that as modules of the tower shrink at their base.

Cladding on the facade promotes verticality, modularity and a protection from the local climate
